Germania Verein Wandergruppe – Hike

Join us for a hike on Thursday, May 5th 2022 in Almaden Quicksilver Park in San José. Length: 2.4 miles. Level: medium Target audience: Adults
Tina (wandern@germaniaverein.org) will lead you on a 2.4 loop trail, with beautiful views at the top. The first part has an elevation gain of 370 feet but after it is getting easy. The hike goes through shady old Oaks, beautiful Meadows, grassy hillsides and flat plateaus. Often we see deer and other animals. It will take us about 90 minutes to complete the hike.
We will start at 10am sharp, please plan to be there at 9:45am to find parking and to walk to the entrance. Street parking is available near McAbee Rd/Whispering Pines Dr, San Jose, 95120.
Please wear steady shoes, bring sunscreen and water.
